The best way to lose the fear, is doing what they so afraid of. According to 1 Timothy 1:7, cowardice is something "very much ours," while courage is given by God to those who are filled with his Holy Spirit ...
"When they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken, and all were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke boldly [Value] the word of God"

True leaders are characterized by being in the battlefield, and troops will continue to manage others. Christ is our best example on the cross and struggling to emerge victorious from the tomb with his blood and thus gain our salvation.
There are times when I feel like running away scared, but we must admit that courage is not doing something without any fear, but do something even with all and fear (1 Corinthians 2:3) Trust in the Lord. The knees are shaking, his face pale, cold sweat to be present and voice crack, but when we cry to God in the war and hope our eyes will see the enemy fall one by one ...
"And many deaths fell because the war was of God ..." 5:22 1Chronicles
The brave go into battle prepared in prayer. The cowards are stopped upon hearing the news, choosing not to get involved in your church, do not want to "suffer hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ" (2Tim.2: 3, 9), no risk, no fight, no preparation, and So do not conquer.
Let us go forth to battle each morning confident that when the night victorious return to our homes because we trust in the Lord, which we will deal
